ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER OF CRICUT PRODUCTS?
  • Yes, Craft-e-Corner is an authorized seller of Cricut products.
  • Unless noted (and part of our Used and Open Box Collection), all items are brand new and in original packaging.
ARE YOUR CRICUT MACHINES COVERED BY A WARRANTY?
  • Yes, Cricut has you covered! All new Cricut cutting machines, heat presses, light pads and lamps are guaranteed against defects by the manufacturer for one year.
  • Find the details of your Cricut warranty for these products on the manufacturer's website at https://help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009431214-What-is-my-warranty.
  • Please reach out to a Cricut Member Care Representative for service for your product. Their phone number for US customers is 877 727 4288. Cricut stands behind their products and they will be happy to help.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
  • No, we do not offer price matching. Craft-e-Corner is proud to offer you quality crafting supplies at everyday low prices.
  • We have frequent sales and coupon codes that offer even lower discounted prices on select items.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
  • Orders totaling $49 or more ship free to addresses in the contiguous United States.
  • Free shipping does not include shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or any other territories under the protection of the United States.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
  • Of course! All returned items must be in the Same Condition as purchased.  Returns on New items must be New, Unused, and in Original Packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • In the case of buyer's remorse, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

CAN I USE A COUPON CODE ON SALE ITEMS?

CAN I GET A PACKAGE MARKED AS A GIFT?
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to mark a package as a gift.
