St Patrick's Day Favors and Shamrock Party Decor Using Cricut Vinyl

If you're looking for an easy way to add a fun touch to your St. Patrick's Day party favors, you’re in the right place! Materials:

• Dollar Store St. Patrick's Day black plastic pot party decorations
• Cricut Vinyl in green and gold
• Cricut Tools Set
• Cricut Transfer Tape
• Small glass jar
• Acrylic craft paint in green

Directions:

Pot Favors

Go to this project in Cricut Design Space and customize it by editing the names of your party guests. You can easily personalize each design to match the names of everyone attending.

Follow the prompts in Cricut Design Space to make the project, cutting the shamrocks from green Cricut vinyl and the names from gold vinyl.

Carefully weed the vinyl with a Cricut Weeder Tool. Then, cut a small piece of Cricut Transfer Tape, slightly larger than the vinyl design. Use the tape to transfer the name onto the outside of the black pot. Ensure a smooth application by burnishing it well with a Cricut Scraper Tool.

Fill the pot with Rolos or any gold-wrapped candies you like. The shiny, gold wrappers really add to the festive vibe and tie everything together perfectly.

Jar Favors

Cut out the large shamrock shapes to fit your glass jar. Then, weed the vinyl and transfer it to the outside of the jar. The vinyl will act as a mask when you apply the craft paint.

Paint the outside of the jar with green craft paint, covering the vinyl as you go.

Once the jar is fully covered in paint, carefully peel off the vinyl mask using your Cricut Weeder Tool.

Just like with the black pots, fill the jar with Rolos or any other gold-wrapped candies you prefer.
