Personalizing accessories is one of my favorite parts of owning my Cricut. It really allows anyone to really add that personalized touch on almost everything.
Phone Case
Materials:
Cricut
Cricut tools
Standard Grip Mat
Premium Vinyl
Transfer Tape
Phone Case
I first made a template for my phone so that I knew what I was working with for space. I found the awesome animal pattern in Design Space.
I laid it over the template I created so that I knew where it would show up on the phone case.
I cut it out on my Cricut out of Permanent Vinyl.
It took me some time to weed as there were so many little parts. But It wasn’t too bad and I actually enjoy the weeding process.
I then used transfer tape to place the weeded design on to the clear phone case. The corners gave me a little trouble but I just made little slits in the corner for them to lay down flat.
I trimmed off the edges and inside the camera window.
Popsockets
Materials:
Cricut
Cricut Tools
Standard Grip Mat
Premium Vinyl
Transfer Tape
Popsockets
I measured the circle space on the popsocket so that I knew how big to make my designs. I made a circle in Design Space that was the same size.
Both designs I found in Design Space and sized them to fit inside the circles.
I cut both designs out of permanent vinyl with my Cricut and weeded.
Using Transfer Tape, I placed the designs onto the popsocket.
Earbud Holder
Materials:
Cricut
Cricut Tools
Standard Grip Mat
Iron-On Vinyl
Easy Press Mini
Earbud Holder
Music on World off SVG
I created a circle in Design Space the same size as my little earbud holder. I uploaded my design and sized it into the circle.
I cut the design out of Iron-On vinyl on my Cricut. Don’t forget to mirror!
I then weed the cut design.
Using my Easy Press Mini I heat transferred my design onto the holder.
After it was cool I peeled off the backing.
I love how all of these projects turned out!
What type of phone accessories have you created?
