Arriving June 10: Cricut Explore 3 and Cricut Maker 3
Have you heard the exciting news? There are two new Cricut die-cutting machines that will be making their debut on June 10: the Cricut Maker 3 and the Cricut Explore 3. Let's take a look at some of the new features for these machines!
Smart Materials
These two new machines both come with brand new technology that allows you to work with Smart Materials. As you can see above, Smart Materials are those that can be used with your Cricut without a cutting mat. This also allows you to make really long cuts — in this case, you can make cuts up to 12 feet long with the Cricut Maker 3 and Cricut Explore 3. Smart Materials make crafting convenient and easy, just load and go without a cutting mat!
Up to 2x Faster than Predecessors
In addition to the ability to work with Smart Materials, these two machines work up to 2x faster than their previous models when working with Smart Materials. They also have up to 10x the cutting force.
NEW ROLL FEEDER
Along with the new machines will come a whole new line of Smart Materials to use with your machine and a new roll feeder! This feeder attaches to Cricut Explore 3 and Maker 3 machine door and can fit rolls of Smart Materials up to 75 feet. It also has a built-in trimmer for convenient material cutoff.
