RETURNS:
Our goal at Craft-e-Corner is to provide the best customer service
experience on the web. Our policies are designed to
make your experience as convenient as possible.
We understand at Craft-e-Corner that returning any product can be frustrating. We have worked hard to make the process simple and straight forward.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return it when it falls into the guidelines below.
RETURN PERIOD:
Return Policy extended for Gift Purchases. Any thing purchased between 11/22/12 through 12/31/12 is eligible to be returned following the same guildelines below until 1/31/13.
Initiation of the Return Process must be done within 30 days of receiving the product. Because Craft-e-Corner only sells new Items returned items must be NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper, however often you will receive your refund in a quicker time frame. This period of time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes to process your return once we receive it back, and the time it takes for the refund to process. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed.
RETURN POLICY:
For more timely and accurate recordkeeping, returns will only be accepted
on a pre-authorized basis.
To return an item call 1-800-236-3877 or e-mail us at
service@craft-e-corner.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Place the RAN number on the package you are returning.
The invoice or a copy of the invoice must accompany all returns –
contact us if a copy of the invoice is needed.
Once the items are received at our warehouse,
they are processed within 7 days.
Potential Fees:
Craft-e-Corner accepts full responsibility for the cost to return products
where Craft-e-Corner shipped a product in error.
Restocking Fee = 10% of the cost of the item (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged for returned products.
Since Craft-e-Corner provides free shipping this fee is to recover the cost of shipping the product and the additional time to restock the item.
Processing Fee = $15 USD for unauthorized returns made (without RAN)
Reshipment Fee = 10% of the cost of the item (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged for any reshipment due to incorrect address
This fee is designed to cover the cost of shipping the product and the additional processing time.
All fees are designed to simply cover the costs Craft-e-Corner has to incur.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Because Craft-e-Corner only sells NEW Items, Items that have been opened
and/or used are not returnable.
If your item is defective the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Please see our FAQ page for the contact number or e-mail address of your product manufacturer, as all defective products are returned directly to the manufacturer of the product.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Craft-e-Corner provides free shipping on all orders. If a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address, missing address, or inaccurate address the item has to be shipped twice. We think it is fair then to have the customer incur the cost to ship the item a second time. If re-shipment is not desired, the transaction will be refunded minus Restocking Fee.
