PROCESSING & HANDELING
Once you have placed an order, it can take anywhere from 24- 72 hours (3 business days) handeling time before your package is shipped out of our facility. During the holidays, it is likely that a package may need 3 business days handeling time before the package is shipped. Please then allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping (not including handeling time) on average.
***In rare instances, a package can take up to 14 days to be deliverd from the day it ships. Craft-e-Corner does not guarantee anything less than this 14 day time frame.***
When your package ships, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking & order information.
International orders need anywhere from 24-72 hours (3 business days) handeling time before the package is shipped out of our facility. From the day your package is shipped, please allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks for the shipment to arrive.
***In rare cases, international orders can take up to 6 weeks time to be recieved depending on customs and other outside factors.***
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees that are charged by the countries customs department. Customs fees may vary by country. Please be aware that we may ship your order in two separate packages from two separate facilities. Thus you may experience two customs charges one for each package. The fees for each package will be based only on the value of each package and will not cost you any extra to receive multiple packages rather than one. Check with your countries customs charges for additional details.
MARKING A PACKAGE AS A GIFT
Due to shipping rules and regulations, Craft-e-Corner will NOT mark a package as a gift. Our business license does not allow us to do this. The value of an item and package is the amount paid.

APO, FPO & DPO ORDERS
Yes, we offer shipping on orders to APO and FPO addresses and to other non-continental US territories.
ORM-D – HAZORDOUS MATERIALS
ORM-D is a marking for mail or shipping in the United States that identifies other regulated materials for domestic transport only. Packages bearing this mark contain hazardous material in a limited quantity that presents a limited hazard during transportation, due to its form, quantity, and packaging. ORM-D product can only be shipped via ground within the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot deliver internationally, even by ground (Canada or Mexico); plus ORM-D product cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Craft-e-Corner ships via UPS, DHL and USPS. At checkout you will be given a variety of shipping options. Please be aware that UPS will not deliver to a PO BOX addresses. If you choose to ship your package UPS, please provise a street address. You will be informed by email when your item has shipped and be given tracking information.
Craft-e-Corner is always willing to combine orders. Be aware that we do have two warehouses however, and may not be able to do this. Please contact us at Service@craft-e-corner.com to request combine shipping.
It is very important that you have the correct shipping address inserted at checkout. If you forget to change the address, contact Service@craft-e-corner.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with the address change request. We will do what we can to catch the package in time and get an address changed for you but cannot guarantee to catch the package in time. If a package goes out with a wrong address, the buyer is responsible for retrieving this package. If you ship to an old address and have recently moved, you can contact your local post office and put a forward on that address to your new address.
Craft-e-Corner has multiple shipping facilities and shipping partners. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your package, it could be handled by multiple partners. Below you will find three links to our partner’s package tracking sites. If you find you cannot track your package using a certain link, please try the other links provided.
Even if your package was shipped using one shipping partner, some of our shipping partners work together to get you your package as fast as possible. Throughout the shipping process, different tracking sites may have more recent tracking updates so be sure to take advantage of all of the tracking links below. Shipping partners may take as long as 24-36 hours to show updated tracking information.

If you track your package and see that it has not updated and has been in the same location for some time, please be patient. Some of the shipping facility systems do not update in a timely manner, but this does not mean your package is not further along in the shipping process.
Also, due to having more than one warehouse location, your order may ship in separate packages. If you receive your package and items are missing, please be patient as they will arrive shortly thereafter in a separate package.
